Drive New Opportunities: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through digital platforms, networking, and market engagement activities.
Deliver Persuasive Solutions: Confidently present tailored solutions and proposals, building strong value-driven conversations with potential clients.
Thrive on Achievement: Work towards clear sales targets with a strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and a results-focused mindset.
Grow & Nurture Client Relationships: Manage projects and key accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Technical Specialists: Partner closely with internal technical experts to deliver effective pre-sales and solution support when required.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B solution or consultative selling.
Strong capabilities in prospecting, relationship building, and account management, with a customer-focused mindset.
Exposure to Certification, Verification, Mystery Shopping, Training, and ESG / Sustainability solutions is an advantage.
Established network with brand owners, retailers, and listed companies will be highly valued.
Familiar with online prospecting tools and interested in applying AI-driven approaches to business development.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic, solution-oriented environment.
