Senior Ruby Developer

We are seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join a self-organized Scrum Team supporting the delivery of major enhancements within our Marina Management Software, part of a leading suite of integrated technology solutions powering the self-storage and marine industries.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on backend functionality
Contribute to full-stack development across the Marina Management Software product
Collaborate within a self-organized Scrum Team to deliver major product enhancements
Work closely with team members to design and implement scalable solutions
Ensure code quality, performance and reliability across the application stack
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architectural decisions
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English
Support continuous integration and deployment processes
Requirements
5-8 years of experience as a developer
Solid experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails (Ruby v3.5, Rails 7)
Background in full-stack work with a focus on backend
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and React
Familiarity with GitLab and Jenkins
Understanding of Scrum processes
Good self-organization skills and strong communication in English (B2+)
Nice to have
Understanding of AWS, Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
