Senior Python/ML Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join the team responsible for developing web business systems.
The candidate will work in a medium-sized team and collaborate with diverse skill sets to perform ongoing development and maintenance and ensure regular communication with client managers and the development team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based web applications
Address deployment issues and ensure smooth functioning of web systems
Participate in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project progress and provide updates
Contribute to the overall design and architecture of GenAI solutions
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring timely resolution
Requirements
Proficiency with Python
Gen-AI background - experience with LLM, RAG (retrieval augmented generation), prompt engineering
Exposure to Lang chain / Vector DB / AI Agent
Understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, Typescript, experience with React
Experience in working with deployment issues in web applications
Ability to collaborate effectively in a medium-sized team with diverse skillsets
Excellent communication and coordination skills
