Senior Python Developer (AI, Agentic Platforms)

We are seeking a proficient Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will excel in Python programming and have expertise in technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the AI Migration Pilot solution and deliver impactful AI-driven innovations for our clients.
Responsibilities
Build AI-driven solutions and contribute to the development of the AI Migration Pilot platform
Partner with the Solution Architect, Development Lead, and team members to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs
Integrate AI models with existing systems and optimize their functionality
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices
Resolve technical challenges and enhance platform stability and performance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends to implement innovative strategies and tools
Analyze legacy code and perform modernization tasks using AI/Run Codemie platform capabilities (Langgraph underpinned)
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers to promote skill development
Requirements
Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
3+ years of experience in Python software development with a strong portfolio
Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph technologies
Strong analytical abilities with problem-solving aptitude
Advanced communication and collaboration skills
Motivation for growth in AI and commitment to applying it innovatively in development
Competency in coding techniques and prompt engineering applications
Capability to interpret and modernize legacy codebases
Familiarity with Java, C++ and C# languages

Background in AI, machine learning frameworks and tools
Showcase of agentic platform development experience
