Senior Product Analyst

Senior Product Analyst to join our Motor Team, where you’ll partner closely with the Product Owner to drive data-informed decisions, measure product performance, and identify growth opportunities through analytics. The Motor team builds digital car insurance products across Qatar, driving customer acquisition and retention through qic.online and the QIC App.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Product leadership to shape priorities and support data-driven product decisions
Conduct analytical deep dives into funnels, customer behavior, retention, and feature performance
Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs across web and mobile
Evaluate product initiatives using A/B tests, cohort analysis, and pre-post evaluation
Map and optimize the customer journey
Define tracking requirements and validate analytics implementation
Ensure data quality and consistency across GA4, Amplitude, and BigQuery
Build dashboards and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements
4–5+ years of Product Analytics experience in fintech, insurance, banking, e-commerce, or similar digital products
Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar DWH)
Experience with GA4, Amplitude, and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of event tracking, attribution, and product measurement
Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio
Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence product decisions through data
Excellent communication skills in English

Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period
We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countries
Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offs
Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise
Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
