Senior Performance Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. This role requires a highly motivated professional who will lead and drive performance testing activities, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement performance testing scenarios in alignment with project requirements
Conduct non-functional testing to ensure system robustness and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Monitor system performance post-implementation and suggest improvements
Define performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders
Provide insights and optimizations for REST APIs and GraphQL schemas
Requirements
Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
Minimum 4 years of experience in performance analysis or a related field
Proficiency in REST services and GraphQL schemas testing
Skills in Oracle SQL and knowledge of Git, GitHub
Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Competency in Java or Kotlin programming languages
Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling
Background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge of written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or above
