Responsibilities
Own and manage HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
Support managers and employees on performance management and employee relations topics
Coordinate with EOR providers and contractors across multiple countries
Partner with Finance on payroll and contractor-related processes
Design scalable HR workflows and improve operational efficiency through AI and automation
Maintain People Operations systems, integrations, and internal tooling
Requirements
5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR within a tech company
Experience in startup or scale-up environments with a process-building mindset
Strong knowledge of European employment practices, EOR models, and contractor management
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and strong analytical skills
Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and operations
