Stacks is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to support its next phase of growth in a fast-scaling AI-native fintech environment, working closely with founders and leadership across the Netherlands and UK.
This is a high-impact role for experienced HRBP / People Business Partner professionals who enjoy combining strategic partnering with hands-on execution.
What you’ll do:
act as a trusted advisor to founders and managers on people strategy and organisational growth
coach leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, accountability, and development
support managers in identifying top talent, growth opportunities, and team performance challenges
resolve employee relations matters thoughtfully and fairly
build scalable people frameworks, policies, and management tools
ensure compliant people operations across the Netherlands and UK
manage sponsorship licence processes and visa administration
improve employee experience through strong people practices and continuous feedback culture
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in People Business Partner / HR Business Partner roles
experience in fast-growing tech or scaling environments
strong track record coaching managers and supporting leaders through change
solid knowledge of Dutch employment law (UK exposure is a plus)
experience leading performance management processes
strong operational mindset with excellent prioritisation and judgment
ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation
B2B SaaS experience is a bonus
