Requirements:
4+ years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, or KYC within fintech/payments
Proven experience in card acquiring and merchant onboarding
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
Strong exposure to high-risk industries (crypto, forex, adult, etc.)
Solid understanding of Visa/Mastercard requirements and payments compliance
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
