Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Enterprise Network Architectures (Access, Distribution, Core)
Deploy and operate SD-WAN solutions (Control/Data Plane, Traffic Steering)
Configure and manage Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) including DPI, IPS/IDS, SSL Decryption, and AppID
Design and support Site-to-Site IPsec and Remote Access VPN solutions
Manage and optimize Layer 3 protocols (BGP, OSPF – tuning, filtering, attributes)
Work with Layer 2 technologies (STP, LACP, StackWise, VXLAN)
Design and support IP Telephony & Unified Communications systems
Configure and manage Call Control, Dial Plans, and PSTN integrations
Ensure proper QoS implementation (Manual/AutoQoS) to minimize latency and jitter
Perform advanced troubleshooting using Packet Capture, Wireshark, NetFlow
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (LLD)
Support Smart Licensing operations
Contribute to automation initiatives using Python and/or Ansible
