Responsible for the structural design and solution development of robotic arm systems, covering the full process from concept design to detailed design.
Participate in kinematic and dynamic analysis of robotic arms, optimizing performance to improve accuracy and stability.
Collaborate with electrical, control, and software teams to complete system integration, debugging, and performance validation.
Analyze and resolve product issues, support mass production introduction, and enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Candidates need a solid mechanical or automation background with structural, kinematics, and dynamics prowess; expertise in actuator, transmission, reduction, and joint module design; fluency in CAD/CAE; mastery of core control theories (trajectory, force, impedance, closed-loop); passion for mechanism innovation and continuous learning; end-to-end project execution ability; sharp problem decomposition with practical solutions; and strong cross-team communication.
