Role Description:
As part of our dynamic and international HR team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and exceptional employee experiences across our Bucharest office and beyond. This position offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of HR processes, contribute to a culture of excellence, and grow within a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in and oversee the day-to-day HR operations activities for Romania and other locations as and when required, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry best practices;
Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication across all departments;
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including visa applications and work permits, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
Ensure payroll team is kept updated on any changes, assisting where necessary;
Maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and values as well as with local requirements;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
Assist with benefit administration and compliance with company benefit policies;
Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure; compliance and be a source of guidance to the HR team and Management.
Requirements:
Essential
Previous experience in similar roles with focus on HR operations of at least 2 years;
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations;
Experience managing visa and work permit applications;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required, as the company is international and daily communication in English with colleagues is essential).
Desirable
Practical knowledge of Jira, HiBob and similar softwares;
Experience working in an international environment.
