Senior Golang developer (Cyprus)

We are seeking a Senior Golang developer for relocation to Cyprus.
Our client is a large FunTech company that develops high-load entertainment streaming platforms. Their products serve millions of users, handling 200K RPS.
There are several hundred employees working at the company, mostly in the Cyprus office.
Your future tasks
• Design and develop new product features and scalable backend solutions to support global streaming systems.
• Solve complex infrastructure tasks.
• Profile and optimise solutions to achieve high performance and reliability at scale.
• System design.
Tech stack
Go (80%), PHP (20%), MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka
We expect from you
• Strong backend engineering experience with Go (some skills in PHP).
• Practical experience with REST API (design and implementation).
• Background in the development of high-load platforms.
• Skills in the writing unit and functional tests.
• Practical experience in debugging, profiling, optimization of code.
• Understanding the principles of sharding and replication.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures​​​​​​.
• English language at B1+ level, Russian — native.
• Readiness for relocation to Cyprus in 2-3 months.
