Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications team, seeking a skilled consultant to handle client communication, gather requirements and co-design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will collaborate with distributed teams, contribute to client management and implement solutions to deliver measurable value to global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements to create functional specifications
Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to match client needs and business processes
Improve existing CRM AI/Copilot capabilities
Collaborate with technical teams for seamless solution integration
Engage with clients to collect feedback and clarify expectations
Perform impact analysis identifying changes to business processes
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams
Oversee CRM projects from initiation to completion
Handle tasks like testing, user training and project documentation management
Promote Agile practices within the team
Advise teams on CRM best practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Consultant in the IT industry
Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and familiarity with out-of-the-box functionality
Knowledge of MS Power Apps, MS Copilot Studio and Power Automate including application lifecycle management
Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM fundamentals
Ability to contribute to agile teams or operate independently
Understanding of application programming, QA, database systems and system design concepts
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in managing customer expectations, performing impact analysis and resolving critical issues
Analytical mindset with a focus on action and capability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments
Advanced level of spoken English
Flexibility to work independently and within collaborative teams
Nice to have
Knowledge of Power Portals and Power BI
Understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
Background in insurance, healthcare or financial services domains
