Drive End-to-End Excellence as a Senior Concept Owner
Join us to lead the evolution of M3 Configurator processes and solutions. In this role, you will ensure that Valmet customer order requirements are configured into our manufacturing process, directly influencing how global operations perform and scale. You will work at the intersection of Flow Control business and IT, shaping solutions, guiding testing, and enabling change across teams. Collaborating with experts worldwide, you will help deliver reliable, integrated systems. This is your chance to create real impact in a global, technology-driven environment.
Your responsibilities
You lead end-to-end process alignment and ensure consistency across your domain.
You participate as subject matter expert in our business-driven and IT specific projects.
You manage the new product requirements rising from acquisitions and R&D.
You gather requirements, analyze impacts, design and build solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution development and integrations.
You plan, execute, and validate testing to ensure high-quality outcomes, train users and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Expectations for you
You have strong process expertise of Flow Control sales, manufacturing and item data management processes, with an end-to-end perspective.
You bring experience with IT systems, integrations and item master data.
You have solid project and change management skills.
You are analytical, structured, and skilled in problem-solving.
You communicate effectively in English and collaborate across teams.
