Senior Cloud Architect – Strategic Enterprise Accounts

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Architect to support strategic enterprise customers and accelerate the adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver innovative cloud architectures that address complex business and technology challenges.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and executive communication skills. You will engage with key stakeholders across customer organizations, helping define cloud strategies, architect solutions, and guide successful implementation and adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to develop and execute cloud adoption strategies for strategic enterprise customers.
Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive decision-makers.
Lead customer engagements from discovery through solution design, proof of concept (POC), implementation planning, and production deployment.
Design scalable and secure cloud architectures that align with customer business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
Deliver highly customized technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings.
Provide expertise across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, analytics, artificial intelligence, and application modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and accelerate cloud consumption.
Develop reusable technical assets, including reference architectures, solution blueprints, white papers, technical blogs, demonstrations, and best practices.
Advocate for customer requirements by identifying product gaps and providing feedback that influences future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
Mentor and guide other architects, contributing to technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide innovative recommendations to customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud architectures.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern cloud technologies.
Experience with cloud migration, digital transformation, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and modern application architectures.
Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence strategic technology decisions.
Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder customer engagements.
Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
