Job Description
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Ambience Management team
Major Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Site Management
• Lead and supervise all civil construction activities at industrial project sites.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities including foundations, RCC structures, steel structures, paving, drainage, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Coordination
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Reveiw work schedules and monitor project progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and piping teams for smooth project integration.
• Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
• Experience in EPC, industrial plants, factories, warehouses, refinery, steel, cement, or power projects preferred
