3 – 6 years’ experience working as business analyst3 years of experience in capital markets domainBachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related fieldAgile experience is a plusProficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint a strong plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHave good capital markets domain experience, especially Post Trade domain, willing to work hands on and own the end-to-end product delivery.Product owner expertise will be an added advantage.Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycles, from requirement gathering from the clients and till delivery of the requirements.Have good understanding of the North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage OperationsBe able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
