Senior Business Analyst (Agile Delivery)

Join EPAM as a Senior Business Analyst Agile Delivery to support a strategic greenfield automotive initiative across global teams. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, driving Agile delivery execution, backlog management and cross-regional coordination.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure sprint readiness and delivery alignment
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones to ensure smooth project execution
Define acceptance criteria and maintain clear documentation throughout the SDLC lifecycle
Identify and resolve delivery blockers to support stable sprint execution and continuous improvement
Track Agile delivery metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, and Throughput to monitor team performance
Explore opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through digital tools and AI-enabled workflows
Requirements
Relevant senior-level experience in business analysis, Agile delivery or Scrum-based project environments
Comprehensive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle processes
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder communication across regional or global teams
Strong requirement gathering, backlog management and user story documentation capabilities
Comfort engaging closely with technical teams on system workflows, integrations and delivery discussions
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools
Exceptional analytical thinking, clear communication and problem-solving skills
