Senior Analytics Engineer - Shop Analytics (all genders)

Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines enabling comprehensive shop performance and retail media partner reporting
Design and build automated reporting solutions based on business stakeholder requirements
Enhance revenue attribution models and expand reporting capabilities for our advertising platform
Maintain ownership of data quality across our data assets
Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and retail media teams
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization for big data environments
Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt) in big data contexts
Data modeling expertise, with focus on creating robust, flexible models for high-volume event and tracking data
Solid understanding of frontend tracking and web analytics implementation (e.g., GA4)
Proficiency with data orchestration tools (such as, Dagster, Airflow) and cloud-based big data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
Experience with optimization techniques (partitioning, clustering)
Strong ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Problem-solving approach with attention to detail
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams
Nice To Have
In-depth knowledge of BigQuery, including cost optimization techniques and complex functionalities
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Terraform)
Practical experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
