Oracle NetSuite is expanding its sales team in Hong Kong and is looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join the NetSuite Account Management Organization.
This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers. You will be responsible for customer renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, strengthening executive and user-level relationships, and helping customers gain greater value from NetSuite’s cloud-based business management platform.
This is a strong opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys customer engagement, consultative selling, account growth, and working in a high-volume cloud applications business.

The Senior Account Manager plays an important role in protecting Oracle NetSuite’s customer base, driving recurring revenue, and identifying new growth opportunities within existing accounts. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, customer focus, sales discipline, and the ability to manage multiple commercial conversations at pace.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers across the Hong Kong market.
Own the full renewal and upsell sales cycle, from account planning and customer engagement through negotiation and close.
Build trusted relationships with business decision-makers, finance leaders, operational stakeholders, and key NetSuite users.
Drive successful contract renewals by understanding customer priorities, usage, satisfaction levels, and business needs.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by positioning relevant NetSuite modules, capabilities, and value-added solutions.
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer feedback, risks, and commercial opportunities are clearly communicated internally.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, account notes, and opportunity progression in Oracle’s internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Leadership.
Manage a high volume of accounts, renewals, transactions, and customer conversations with strong organization and follow-through.
Handle customer questions, objections, commercial discussions, and renewal risks with professionalism and urgency.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, account management, customer growth, renewals, upsell, or business development.
Strong record of meeting or exceeding quota, renewal, pipeline, or revenue targets.
Ability to prospect within existing accounts and identify new commercial opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage customers at different levels of seniority.
Good business acumen and the ability to understand customer priorities, operational challenges, and growth objectives.
Consultative selling skills, including discovery, value positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, transactions, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, resilient, and accountable working style, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and internal tools to manage pipeline, forecast, activities, and customer records.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin capability would be valuable for regional or cross-border customer engagement.
