SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant

We are looking for a SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to lead global SAP QM support and drive consistent quality processes across business units. You will own SAP QM delivery across SAP S/4HANA and connected modules, ensuring smooth operations, strong reporting, and ongoing process improvements—apply now.
Responsibilities
Handle global support requests from Quality Management business units
Implement SAP processes that align with business requirements
Coordinate incoming support requests from business departments, including SAP S/4HANA topics
Maintain master data, oversee inspection planning, and run inspection lot processing
Resolve complaint management cases and manage quality notifications (Quality Notification types F1–F3)
Assess quality situations and determine quality status
Administer calibration and inspection equipment, including maintenance plans and scheduling
Provide reporting outputs and perform data analysis
Execute customizing activities in SAP QM
Partner with business units to optimize processes and ensure effective SAP QM integration
Requirements
Proven experience of 7+ years as an SAP QM Consultant
Advanced expertise in SAP Quality Management and SAP EWM
Solid background in SAP modules PP, MM and LOG with QM integration
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA support and implementation
Deep understanding of master data management (class characteristics, inspection characteristics, inspection methods)
Strong capability in inspection planning, inspection lot creation and processing
Practical familiarity with complaint management and quality notification handling
Demonstrated skills in calibration and inspection equipment management, including maintenance plans and task lists
Proven ability to deliver reporting, data analysis and SAP QM customizing
Track record of driving process optimization across teams and stakeholders
Very good command of English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate)
