Andersen is hiring an SAP HRIS Developer for a project modernizing HR systems, supporting SuccessFactors, and enhancing digital HR solutions for a utility provider.
The customer is a leading provider of utility and infrastructure services, serving a large number of residents and businesses in a European region. They operate across energy, water, waste management, and telecommunications, with a strong focus on sustainability, renewable energy, and innovative solutions. Their team of skilled professionals works to ensure reliable service delivery and support environmental and efficiency goals throughout their operations.
The project is focused on designing, developing, and evolving HR Information Systems within the Digital Factory unit. It includes modernizing HR digital solutions, supporting SAP SuccessFactors, collaborating with HR stakeholders, and maintaining and improving existing applications to align with business needs and the company’s digital strategy.
Responsibilities
Designing and developing HRIS solution architectures aligned with business needs and client objectives.
Contributing to the implementation of HR applications in line with HR domain ambitions and the company’s digital strategy.
Ensuring ownership and deep understanding of core HRIS solutions, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
Contributing to the preparation of functional and technical specifications for HRIS solutions.
Performing technical analyses, detailed studies, and solution prototyping.
Providing support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of HR-related applications.
Coordinating and managing external vendors and stakeholders.
Supporting internal clients in the continuous evaluation and improvement of HRIS solutions.
Participating in technology monitoring and innovation in the field of HR and HRIS solutions.
Requirements
Technical experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS / SIRH) for 5+ years.
Strong knowledge of HR processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience working in the HR functional domain.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
Experience in solution architecture and technical analysis.
Experience in application support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree, EPF diploma, or equivalent education in IT.
