Andersen is hiring an SAP C4C Developer for a project modernizing CRM systems and enhancing omnichannel customer experience through SAP cloud solutions.
The customer is a leading provider of utility and infrastructure services, serving a large number of residents and businesses in a European region. They operate across energy, water, waste management, and telecommunications, with a strong focus on sustainability, renewable energy, and innovative solutions. Their team of skilled professionals works to ensure reliable service delivery and support environmental and efficiency goals throughout their operations.
The project is focused on modernizing the customer relationship management landscape through SAP cloud-based solutions. It includes developing and maintaining agile CRM systems that support sales and customer service teams, enabling efficient omnichannel customer experiences and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Developing and configuring custom solutions within SAP C4C using SAP Cloud Applications Studio.
Implementing business logic using ABSL and designing custom business objects with BODL.
Customizing and adapting the SAP C4C user interface to ensure usability and efficient navigation for sales and customer service teams.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between SAP C4C and backend systems (SAP IS-U, SAP ERP) using OData, REST, SOAP, and SAP CPI.
Participating in SAP Cloud release cycles, including regression testing and adoption of new SAP-delivered functionalities.
Providing technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensuring stable operation of the SAP C4C platform.
Collaborating with internal teams within an enterprise, cloud-based environment undergoing digital transformation.
Requirements
Hands-on experience in SAP C4C (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) development for 2+ years.
Strong experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (ABSL, BODL, UI Designer).
Solid understanding of service-oriented and integration architectures (REST, OData, SOAP).
Experience with SAP CPI and enterprise system integrations.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have
Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Experience with SAP IS-U.
SAP C4C Development and/or SAP CPI certification.
French language skills.
Prior experience in energy, utilities, or public-sector domains.
