Location: Tashkent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 17:00 – 02:00
Work Format: Full-time, office-based (in-house)
Salary: $2,000 – $4,000
About the Company
We are a fast-growing trucking company operating 3 MCs with a fleet of 60+ trucks . Our team is focused on maintaining high safety standards, operational efficiency, and strong compliance with U.S. DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all daily safety operations
• Handle accident management: reporting, investigation, and resolution
• Process claims and coordinate with insurance providers
• Ensure full compliance with DOT safety regulations
• Monitor and reduce HOS & ELD violations
• Analyze and improve company CSA score
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and dispatch team
Additional Responsibilities
• Conduct full-cycle driver onboarding
• Work with MVR, PSP, IFTA, IRP, and Clearinghouse systems
• Manage drug & alcohol testing programs
• Maintain and audit Driver Qualification (DQ) files (including expirations)
• Perform annual MVR and Clearinghouse checks
• Handle driver termination procedures professionally
• Maintain accurate company and truck documentation (DQF / Truck Folder)
• Manage permits and ensure state compliance
• Oversee insurance processes (driver updates, coordination with agencies)
• Handle Form 2290 , citations, and tickets
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in 200 and more units trucking company
• Experience working with multiple MCs is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (Uzbek or Russian required)
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
