The role
The Research Manager will independently and efficiently manage research projects and create complex analysis to meet client’s objectives, ensuring high levels of data quality and accuracy at all stages
Key responsibilities
 Works with wider project team to create research solutions for project proposals 
Independently manages research projects through the field, prioritising quality at all stages.
Managing the scripting, translations and programming of quantitative CATI and CAWI surveys, via our third-party vendors;
Ensuring the delivery of accurate data tables and charts, in line with agreed data specifications
Successfully applying quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are completed to the high standards required;
Working with fieldwork suppliers and internal teams to ensure that research projects are delivered on/under budget.
As needed, support Research Ops Team to source and schedule qualitative interviews
Working with the wider project team and external statisticians to create complex analysis models. Presents analysis to clients as required
Independently manages complex, flagship or non-standard projects
Ensures appropriate project documentation and specs are shared with third-party suppliers
Collaborates with project team to progress project and share relevant updates
Proactively working towards team KPIs and personal career objectives. Supports with company objectives/initiatives
Supports with relationship management of third party fieldwork partners
Leads team initiatives and shares knowledge and updates with team and wider company
Proactively shares relevant knowledge with team members
Supports team members as required, including preparing analysis, managing relationships with third party fieldwork partners, training/mentoring of junior team members etc.
Contributes to regular news highlights
As required, may take on the Project Manager role, and manage clients through the whole project, or research stage of the project
As required, will lead on questionnaire design or analysis
Required skills and experience 
Managed research projects in a research agency or similar workplace and can demonstrate how they’ve contributed to achieving client objectives
5 years minimum experience (minimum)
Technical tool proficiency: Decipher (or comparable survey tool) MS Office and G-Suite
