Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Experience in people management.
Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with technical infrastructure developments and executing cross-functional projects.
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, as needed.
