Recruitment Partner (tech start-up)

Brilic Media is hiring a Recruitment Partner to join its growing international tech start-up team. The company has grown to 80+ people, building mobile products used by over 80 million users globally. This role offers strong ownership, flexibility, and the opportunity to manage hiring across multiple markets in a fast-growth environment.
What you’ll do:
manage full-cycle recruitment end-to-end, from job briefs to offer stage
source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative channels
conduct candidate outreach and write engaging sourcing messages
screen candidates and manage the recruitment journey with a strong candidate experience focus
partner with hiring stakeholders on hiring strategy and execution
maintain reporting on sourcing and recruitment performance
independently drive open roles with a high level of ownership
What we’re looking for:
minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
confidence using recruiting tools, spreadsheets, and productivity tools (Google Drive / Sheets etc.)
strong sourcing and communication skills
attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive mindset
fluency in Russian and Romanian required; English B2+ preferred
comfort working independently in a less structured start-up environment
