The team is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their international environment and lead full-cycle hiring for complex and niche roles across Tech, Engineering, Digital, and Executive functions.
What you’ll do:
own the full recruitment cycle for senior and hard-to-fill positions
lead executive search projects including market mapping, headhunting, and direct outreach
partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers on hiring strategy and workforce planning
optimize hiring pipelines and improve recruitment processes through analytics and market insights
build strong international talent networks and proactive candidate pipelines
drive structured hiring practices and ensure high-quality candidate experience
monitor funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency
What they’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in Tech/IT recruitment
experience hiring for both engineering and digital functions
strong executive search and stakeholder management skills
expertise in full-cycle recruitment and international hiring
strong analytical mindset and experience with recruitment metrics
excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
fluent English
