质量工程师/Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
• 1、负责产品质量控制和管理工作，确保产品符合相关质量标准和客户要求；
2、制定和执行质量检验计划，对生产过程进行检查和监控，及时发现并解决质量问题；
3、参与产品设计和开发过程，提供质量方面的建议和支持，确保产品涉及满足质量要求；
4、参与质量数据的收集、整理和分析，提供质量报告和统计分析，为改进产品质量和生产工艺提供依据；
5、跟踪和处理客户投诉，协调内部资源解决客户问题，提高客户满意度；
6、参与质量管理体系的建立、维护和改进，确保公司质量管理体系符合相关标准和认证要求；
7、负责质量工具和方法的培训与推广，提高全员质量意识和质量技能水平；
8、积极完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for product quality control and management to ensure products meet relevant quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality inspection plans, monitor production processes, identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in product design and development processes by providing quality-related recommendations to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quality data; prepare quality reports and statistical analyses to support product and process improvement.
• Track and handle customer complaints, coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in establishing, maintaining, and improving the quality management system to ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications.
• Conduct training on quality tools and methodologies to enhance organization-wide quality awareness and skills.
• Proactively complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements :
• 1、具有良好的沟通、协调、组织、分析解决问题及项目进度推进能力；
2、抗压能力强，逻辑思维严谨、清晰；
3、快速接受新事物，成就导向。
4、 具备制造业质量理论知识与实践能力；
5、拥有熟悉运用CAD、OFFICE、EXCEL等办公软件软件技能；
6、具备精益优化思想及实践能力；
7、大专及以上学历，理工类相关专业优先；
8、2年以上制造业质量工程师工作经历。
9、有汽车零配件等行业经验者优先；
10、团队带教能力。
11、具备日常英语或中文交流能力。
12、洞察力；团队协作，能勇于担任项目主导。
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to drive project progress
• Strong stress tolerance with rigorous and clear logical thinking
• Quick learner with strong achievement orientation
• Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing quality control
• Proficient in CAD, MS Office (especially Excel) and other office software
• Lean manufacturing mindset with practical application skills
• Associate degree or higher, preferably in STEM-related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing
• Automotive parts industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated team mentoring/training capabilities
• Working proficiency in English or Chinese for daily communication
• Strong analytical skills; team player willing to take project leadership
