Quality Control Specialist (U.S. Freight Logistics)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Specialist to join our freight logistics team supporting operations in the United States. This role is critical in ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational accuracy across dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate dispatch and logistics operations for accuracy and compliance
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps in load handling and communication
• Review trip data, updates, and internal coordination between dispatch and drivers
• Ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve operational performance
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting of quality checks
Work Schedule (Shift-Based):
• 08:00 – 17:00 (Female candidates)
• 16:00 – 01:00 (Female candidates)
• 00:00 – 09:00 (Male candidates)
Requirements:
• English proficiency: C1 (advanced)
• Russian proficiency: B2 (upper-intermediate)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
