We're looking for a hands-on QA Team Manager to lead a team of 7–10 test engineers, while spending up to 80% of your time on actual testing and automation. You'll own our QA Centre of Excellence and define how quality works across the entire engineering division.

You'll need2+ years leading or managing a QA or test engineering team5+ years in test automation — Playwright or Selenium essentialStrong knowledge of test strategies — regression, integration, black box, unit testingSQL (SQL Server, SQLite) or NoSQL experienceSaaS application testing in microservices and client-server architecturesTest management process experienceAgile environment experienceStrong English communication skills
