Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single coherent plan
Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and opportunities early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies
Prepare progress reports, S-curves and deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences, keeping customers, partners and suppliers informed
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures; maintain a robust as-built schedule documenting baseline versus actual execution
Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Schedulers and provide schedule representation with external partners and clients
3+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge of civil and plant business across the full lifecycle
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and knowledge of PM methodologies
Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules and translate data into clear recommendations
Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
Bachelor's Degree of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 2 200 EUR/month
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
