Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead software delivery for global clients, driving digital transformation across diverse industries in a mature, international engineering environment.

Responsibilities
Creating and updating the project roadmap.
Working with the team to organize processes and motivate the team.
Sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
Conducting grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos.
Risk management.
Setting up, adapting, and managing project processes from requirements gathering to technical support.
Interacting with clients, negotiating, and managing timelines, risks, and customer business expectations.
Regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals.
Requirements
Experience as a Project Manager for 2+ years.
Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid software development life cycle models (SDLC).
Experience in project management using various methodologies.
Excellent planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers.
Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility.
Ability to multitask and stress resistance.
Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
Level of German – Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to have
Technical background.
Experience with domains – FinTech, Healthcare, Automotive.
