Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a strategic, high-visibility backend rewrite program. You will be the central orchestrator, bridging enterprise architecture, senior leadership, and agile development squads. Your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of a modern, cloud-native Java ecosystem that is reliable, resilient, and ready for the next decade. This role is pivotal in de-risking a legacy modernization effort while maintaining uninterrupted service for our customers.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
Acquire resources, coordinate team members, and manage project scope, schedule, and costs
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and foster team collaboration
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans and schedules
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Track project performance and report to stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Identify and mitigate project risks
Organize and lead project meetings
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage the Scrum team
Craft and deliver clear communications for diverse audiences
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Project management experience in IT or related fields
Proven track record of delivering projects successfully
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and project management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in agile project management methodologies
