Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to work on Central Finance implementation. This role requires deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, SAP is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery of workstreams under Central Finance program, from planning through execution and hypercare
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, business stakeholders, and external system integrators
Drive governance structures, including steering committees, status reporting, and risk management frameworks
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure appropriate review with GPOs to ensure alignment with SAP CFIN best practices and organizational standards
Oversee data migration strategy, system integration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning for specific workstreams
Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for deliverables and timelines
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies for specific workstreams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8–12+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading SAP transformation programs
Hands-on experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations preferred
Demonstrated experience managing global, multi-country deployments
Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
PMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Minimal disruption to business operations during migration
Successful data reconciliation and financial accuracy post-go-live
High user adoption and stakeholder satisfaction
Effective risk mitigation and issue resolution
