Andersen is hiring a Project Manager for a project developing digital insurance solutions and API-based platforms to improve customer experience and service integration.
Our customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain. The company provides a diverse portfolio of customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets. With a strong focus on digital capabilities, operational excellence, and long-term development, the organization continuously invests in technology, process improvement, and service innovation to support evolving customer and business needs.
The project is focused on developing a digital insurance distribution platform that enables partners to seamlessly integrate insurance products into customer journeys. It includes building and enhancing API-based integration capabilities to support embedded insurance experiences across digital channels.
Responsibilities
Serving as the main contact for project partners across all phases – from tender participation to scoping, implementation, and managing business relationships.
Leading diverse project teams, moderate high-level meetings, and presenting complex IT topics to various audiences.
Prioritizing and communicating partner and stakeholder requirements to Product and Engineering – covering backend processes to user-facing features.
Planning and driving IT projects end-to-end using both Agile and classic methodologies.
Maintaining project timelines and documentation, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.
Requirements
Experience as a Project Manager for 4+ years.
Experience with common tech stack such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and building trust.
High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and creative approach to challenges.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
