We are looking for a Project Manager who will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across product and engineering initiatives, ensuring predictable, high-quality execution aligned with product strategy.

Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of projects and epics, ensuring predictable and on-time execution aligned with product strategy.
Plan and manage delivery, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and release cycles (web and app).
Track delivery performance and ensure delivery targets are met, monitoring key metrics (such as cycle time, lead time, and predictability).
Maintain a high-quality backlog and drive execution: translate product goals into clear tasks, prioritize work, and run sprint planning.
Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers, facilitating trade-offs with the dev team.
Communicate and align with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (SEO, royalty, support, design system, etc); facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
Manage cross-project coordination across multiple teams and initiatives, ensuring alignment of priorities, dependencies, and resources.
Run and continuously improve team processes, rituals, and ways of working, ensuring consistency and efficiency (planning, standups, retros, demos, and others).
Drive process improvements to increase team performance, including the adoption of AI tools and automation where applicable.
Ensure all projects are executed according to company standards, workflows, and tooling (Jira/Confluence/AI tools/etc.)
Maintain transparency through clear documentation and structured reporting on progress, risks, and delivery status.
Required experience
Minimum 3+ years of PM experience in product/tech teams
Strong planning and execution skills: delivering projects on time with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria
Ability to manage multiple projects, dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
Strong prioritization and decision-making under uncertainty, the ability to manage trade-offs
Jira/Confluence proficiency, understanding of Agile and dev processes.
Data-driven mindset: tracking delivery metrics (cycle time) and driving improvements
Practical use of AI tools to improve workflows and team efficiency
Excellent communication skills (English upper-intermediate+)
