The IT company Andersen invites a Trainee Project Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities
Theoretical and practical preparation for work on a commercial project.
Practical training in SCRUM technology on a training project.
Knowledge acquisition control and feedback.
Development of soft skills and presentation skills in English.
Requirements
– Upper-Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in English and German.
– Desire to master a new field and gain extensive knowledge.
– Developed communication skills, analytical mindset, and genuine enthusiasm.
Nice to have
– Knowledge of additional foreign languages (French, Arabic).
– Technical skills (software development tools, OOP, testing).
– Theoretical framework in project management (methodologies and terms).
– Technical or managerial education.
