Production Supervisor - SMT Manufacturing Process

Purpose Statement:
Key Job Accountabilities:
Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned areaManage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development planParticipate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and qualityTypically is responsible for more complex accounts or productsResponsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
