As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and increasing market share of Paper- and Board machine consumables. You will support Nordic sales activities while owning delivery and product management for defined paper/board process parts. Working closely with regional sales teams, you will help customers improve performance through technical expertise and proactive engagement. This is your opportunity to combine commercial impact with hands-on technical collaboration.
Your preferred location is Vantaa, Tikkurila or Jyväskylä, Finland.
Your responsibilities
You drive proactive activities such as product marketing, onsite audits, product test runs, and sales lead generation
You ensure high-quality quotation support with fast response times for sales teams
You participate in customer meetings to provide product and technical expertise when needed
You coordinate technology know-how, applications, and resources with internal stakeholders
You manage delivery and product lifecycle for designated products while supporting pricing and reference management
Expectations for you
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Paper Technology, Process Technology or similar
4+ years relevant experience in product management, technical sales, or paper process technologies. Knowledge of doctoring and dewatering is considered as an advantage.
Comfortable working in the customer interface and engaging directly with customers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Data-driven and ability to work with numbers
Proactive and structured way of working
Good English and Finnish skills, both written and spoken, Swedish language is an advantage
Willingness to travel
