We are a service company evolving into productized outsourcing and launching a productized direction based on our expertise, client needs, and real market demand.
This means we are not only delivering custom software projects. We are also turning our domain knowledge, technical expertise, and repeated client problems into clear, sellable productized solutions.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-driven Product Manager who can quickly understand whether an idea has market potential, validate it with real clients, and help bring it to the first sales.
This role is not about managing mature products with established processes. It is about finding what can sell, testing it fast, packaging it clearly, and moving from idea to market traction.
Key Responsibilities
Product discovery and hypothesis validation:
• Identify client pains and business problems that can be turned into productized solutions.
• Analyze markets, domains, and client segments through the lens of our expertise and existing capabilities.
• Quickly validate whether an idea has real business potential.
• Conduct client interviews, discovery calls, and market research.
• Test product hypotheses through simple prototypes, landing pages, one-pagers, demos, outreach, and fast experiments.
• Understand not only whether the solution is useful, but whether clients are ready to pay for it.
Product packaging:
• Turn company expertise, technologies, and repeated client problems into clear product offerings.
• Define value propositions for specific industries, segments, and use cases.
• Make complex technical solutions simple, understandable, and sellable.
• Prepare product materials: one-pagers, presentations, sales narratives, landing page structures, demo flows, and basic product descriptions.
• Help shape productized services that can be repeated and scaled.
Client development and pre-sales:
• Actively participate in client calls, discovery meetings, and pre-sales conversations.
• Understand client needs, ask the right questions, and identify business value.
• Present product ideas and explain how they solve real client problems.
• Handle basic objections and help move the conversation forward.
• Support the sales team with product logic, messaging, positioning, and proposal materials.
• Help shift conversations from “we need development resources” to “we need to solve this business problem.”
Execution and launch:
• Move ideas from hypothesis to first validation and first sales.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, design, and development teams.
• Coordinate small product experiments and MVP-style launches.
• Prioritize speed, clarity, and business value over perfect processes.
• Drive initiatives hands-on, without waiting for a fully defined structure.
Metrics and business value:
• Focus on what creates real value and revenue potential.
• Track practical indicators: client interest, response rate, calls booked, qualified opportunities, conversion to proposal, and first sales.
• Identify repeatable patterns in successful hypotheses.
• Help decide which ideas should be stopped, improved, or scaled.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, product marketing, startup, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience with B2B products, services, or solutions.
• Strong interest in product discovery, client development, and market validation.
• Ability to speak with clients, understand their needs, and turn insights into product hypotheses.
• Hands-on mindset: ability to prepare materials, structure ideas, test hypotheses, and drive execution independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with several initiatives or product hypotheses at the same time.
• Understanding of how business value, client pain, and sales potential are connected.
• Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, content creation, or discovery.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Polish or another foreign language would be a plus.
