Processes and Operational Risk Analyst

Risks team:
We are looking for our next mid-senior level Processes and Operational Risk Analyst that is specialized in management and risk-related MIS reporting, preferably from the banking sector, to work in the Unidad de Administración Integral de Riesgos
Challenges that await you:
Develop a working understanding of our risk management processes, in particular operational risk management environment and tools.
Ensure complete gathering of operational incidents from all different sources and data repositories with high information quality. Complete and correct where necessary.
Coordinate with Internal Control, Internal Audit and other departments on ensuring root-causes are identified and addressed through resolution plans.
Conduct Interviews with responsible individuals from different departments when needed, to verify or challenge identified root-causes or implemented solutions.
Prepare reports on operational incidents as well as the control environment to present to the Risk Committee.
Monitor Key Risks identified and their follow-up, challenging the addition of other Key Risks based on incidents trends.
What makes you a great fit:
High English proficiency.
Auditing, internal control or similar experience is a plus
Experience of 2 years in operational risk management processes, process review or audit at a bank or large multinational with strong risk management (for example pharmaceuticals, large manufacturers)
