Incorporate agile practices, acting as an expert and coach to the team, promoting an agile mindset.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product Managers and Engineering Leaders, to initiate, define, and plan programs effectively.
Execute programs targeting various technical and non-technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, utilizing efficient communication tools and trackers.
Identify and manage dependencies, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and timely resolution of issues.
Stay updated on development, build, and release processes, identifying and addressing any gaps or challenges.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing comprehensive mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Define and present strategies during executive meetings, providing progress updates and sharing valuable project insights.
Implement process improvements and best practices, evangelizing a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide program managers, fostering their growth and leadership skills, and contributing to a talented and motivated team.
