Role Purpose
Own end-to-end delivery and program management outcomes across assigned tribes and build scalable, South Africa's anchored teams that support execution excellence and expansion aligned
1. Delivery Ownership & Program Management Excellence
Own delivery quality, timelines, scope alignment, and outcomes across assigned tribes and workstreams within the program.
Lead end-to-end program management governance, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, milestone alignment, and execution oversight.
Maintain strong alignment with internal delivery teams and Client stakeholders to ensure execution clarity across multiple initiatives.
Sustain a continuous execution pulse within the Unit of Work (UoW).
Proactively surface cross-team delivery risks, dependencies, capacity gaps, and mitigation plans.
2. Expansion & Execution-Led Growth Within Tribes
Support expansion within existing tribes and across priority technology areas aligned to the Client's Book of Work themes.
Identify upstream (discovery/design) and downstream (testing/stabilization/support) white spaces.
Convert delivery credibility into adjacent lifecycle expansion opportunities.
3. Capability & Talent Strategy
Support capability planning across teams (seniority mix, technical depth, cross-skilling) aligned to program needs.
Ensure optimal resource utilization across workstreams.
Flag skill gaps, over-engineering risks, or delivery misalignment early.
4. South Africa Team Build & Localization
Support hiring and scaling of South Africa's based delivery teams (PCEOs, BAs, QA Leads, Design, Engineering Leads, etc.).
Travel to South Africa to onboard teams, establish delivery execution norms, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Build a strong local leadership bench aligned to the Client's localization strategy.
5. Stakeholder & Execution Interface
Act as the primary execution interface between internal delivery teams and Client program stakeholders.
Drive structured governance cadence, escalation management, and delivery transparency across tribes.
Ensure delivery discussions remain proactive, solution-oriented, and outcome-focused.
6. RFP Support & Solutioning Collaboration
Work with support and engineering teams in leading and contributing to RFP responses from a program delivery perspective.
Provide inputs on delivery construct, staffing models, timelines, risks, and localization strategy.
Ensure proposed solutions are execution-ready and aligned with ongoing delivery realities.
