What You’ll Do  
Operate and maintain shared platform infrastructure and services on AWS
Perform regular upgrades of platform components, dependencies, and managed services
Apply security patches and configuration improvements across environments
Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability
Support AWS environments across multiple accounts under established governance
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues for ECS/EKS workloads
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions
Maintain and improve operational runbooks and support documentation
Maintain and extend Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK, following established patterns
Execute infrastructure changes in line with defined standards and guardrails
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Automate recurring operational and maintenance tasks
Identify and address technical debt in platform components
Improve stability, performance, and operability of the platform over time
Contribute to improvements in logging, monitoring, and alerting
Propose pragmatic enhancements based on operational experience
Work closely with senior platform engineers on platform improvements
Support application teams consuming shared platform services
Contribute to internal documentation and operational guidelines
Share operational knowledge and best practices within the team
What You Bring 
2–4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer
Hands-on experience operating workloads on AWS, specifically ECS and/or EKS
Experience working in multi-account AWS environments
Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform and/or AWS CDK
Experience supporting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
Solid understanding of containerized workloads and runtime operations
Working knowledge of cloud security concepts (IAM roles, permissions, networking)
Experience monitoring and supporting production systems
Nice to have:
Experience working on shared platforms serving multiple development teams
Exposure to platform upgrades, dependency management, and lifecycle maintenance
Familiarity with operational practices such as change management and on-call support
Development Background (Beneficial but Not Required)
You don't need to be a full-time application developer, but you should be comfortable working alongside code
Ability to read and understand application code and deployment configurations
Familiarity with one or more of Java / Kotlin (Spring Boot), Node.js / TypeScript
Understanding of basic application runtime behavior in production
English level
