People Operations Specialist

Omniva is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join its People & Culture team in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leveraging AI and automation, and creating a smooth employee experience across the organization.
What you’ll do:
ensure a seamless and transparent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
maintain accurate People data and HR documentation
support managers and employees with practical HR guidance
challenge existing processes and propose smarter, more efficient solutions
improve onboarding, employee lifecycle, and People Operations processes
identify and implement AI-powered and automation solutions to reduce manual work
work with HR systems and people data to improve operational efficiency
What they’re looking for:
strong process improvement and analytical skills
experience with or strong interest in AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization
ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
experience working with HRIS or similar systems
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
ability to learn quickly, experiment, and turn ideas into action
fluent English and Lithuanian
