Love working with people? We need a high-speed, self-managed Customer Success Specialist to own our "lead-to-booking" pipeline!
The Gig:
Rapid Response: Response time 5 mins.
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere.
AI Powered: Use our custom GPT tools.
Growth Opportunity: Potential to convert to a Full-Time role in 4–6 months.
Shift: Mon–Sat, 6PM–10PM Phoenix Time.
Pay: $600/mo Fixed + Commission on every booking!
Requirements:
Rapid Response: Respond to all inquiries within our 2–5 minute target window.
Full Pipeline Ownership: Quote services, guide leads through booking, and manage scheduling follow-ups.
Multi-Channel Support: Handle customer requests across Yelp, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone calls (integrated into front application).
Coordination: Communicate with managers and cleaners to efficiently resolve issues.
AI Collaboration: Work with our custom GPT agent for streamlined communication and accuracy.
We need someone with: Excellent communication in English, extreme self-discipline and customer empathy. While not a requirement, we encourage applicants with experience in customer relations to apply.
