About the Role
Alif Uz Corp is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our logistics operations in a fast-growing U.S.-focused freight company. The COO will work directly with the leadership team to build efficient systems, oversee cross-departmental coordination, and drive sustainable growth across our Tashkent and Ohio offices.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations across Dispatch, Fleet, Safety, HR, Finance, ELD, and Marketing departments
• Build, scale, and automate internal logistics workflows
• Coordinate between U.S. and Uzbekistan offices to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor KPIs, operational efficiency, and departmental performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the supply chain
• Support compliance with U.S. DOT, FMCSA, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight, or transportation industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with U.S. trucking operations is a strong advantage
• Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek
