Required Skills
Backend: Node.js/TypeScript, NestJS/Express/Fastify, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, REST/GraphQL/WebSocket, Docker/Linux/Git/CI/CD, scalable systems.
Web3: Blockchain transaction flows, EVM networks, smart contract interaction, ethers.js/web3.js, RPC providers, events, DeFi mechanics.
Nice to Have
Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, OpenZeppelin.
DeFi: swaps, staking, liquidity, bridges, DEXs.
Frontend: React/Next.js for dashboards/UI.
